Create Ping An Hotfix
<p>Ping An Cloud supports free loading of Ping An Hotfix system components, which can apply security updates, diagnose patches and fix critical errors without restarting, thereby improving system security, reliability and availability.</p>
<p>This article describes how to create Ping An Hotfix.</p>
<p><strong>Usage Guidelines</strong></p>
<p>Currently, only the operating systems RHEL, CentOS and Oracle Linux are supported.</p>
<p><strong>Procedures</strong></p>
<p>1.Log in to the<a href="#https://yun.pingan.com/console/ecs/overview" target="_blank"> ECS Console</a>.</p>
<p>2.In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance</strong> to enter the <strong>Instance Management</strong> page.</p>
<p>3.In the upper-right corner, click <strong>Create </strong>to enter the <strong>Create Instance</strong> page.</p>
<p>4.Check the relevant information according to the prompt on the page, and select the <strong>Ping An Hotfix</strong> after the <strong>Operation System Type</strong> in the <strong>Image</strong> region to complete other configuration items.</p>
<p>5.Click <strong>Purchase</strong> and enter the <strong>Confirm Order</strong> page.</p>
<p>6.After checking the order information, click <strong>Confirm Open</strong>, and enter the <strong>Payment Result</strong> page.</p>
<p><strong>Note:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently, Ping An Hotfix is provided free of charge, and only operation systems <strong>RHEL</strong>, <strong>CentOS</strong>, <strong>Oracle Linux</strong> are supported.</li>
<li>Ping An Cloud will automatically enable the Hotfix when your instance is initialized, and after the Hotfix function component is installed, the system will automatically restart once to make the kernel state and user state Hotfix functions take effect. During the Hotfix process, if your system is CentOS or Red Hat Enterprise Linux, the software warehouse source will be replaced with the Oracle Linux software warehouse source, so that the kernel and user mode programs that support Hotfix upgrades can be installed on your system</li>
