ECS Instance Binding Tag

<p>This article describes how to bind tags to ECS in the ECS console.</p> <p><strong>Procedure</strong></p> <p>1.Log in to the <a href="#https://yun.pingan.com/console/ecs/overview" target="_blank">ECS Console</a>.</p> <p>2.In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance</strong> to enter the <strong>Instance Management</strong> page.</p> <p>3.Select the target region and in the target instance operation column, click <strong>More</strong> &gt; <strong>Instance Settings </strong>&gt; <strong>Edit Tag</strong>.</p> <p>4.In the <strong>Edit Tag</strong> page that opens, you can select an existing key-value pair, or you can enter a new key-value pair.</p> <table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="background-color:#ededed; vertical-align:top"> <p><strong>ConfigMap</strong></p> </td> <td style="background-color:#ededed; vertical-align:top"> <p><strong>Rule</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="vertical-align:top"> <p>Key</p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top"> <ul> <li>Required, cannot be blank.</li> <li>Can be Chinese, English letters, numbers, @, _ and-.</li> <li>A maximum of 45 characters.</li> <li>The tag key of any tags of each instance must be unique, and the tag of the same tag key will be overwritten.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="vertical-align:top"> <p>Value</p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top"> <ul> <li>Optional item, can be blank.</li> <li>Can be Chinese, English letters, numbers, @, _ and-.</li> <li>A maximum of 45 characters.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>5.Click <strong>Add</strong>, and the key value pair just added appears in the blank area.</p> <p>6.Click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> If you need to edit the ECS instances in batches, you can select multiple ECS instances and click the edit tag below the instance list. The batch operation ECS instances have the same tag.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong></p> <p>You will see an <strong>Operation succeeded</strong> message at the bottom of the Instance Management page, and the tag you just added appears in the <strong>Tag</strong> column of the target instance.</p>
