For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/RDS/User_Guide_RDS_PostgreSQL.Instance_Management.Create_Instance.Create_Common_Instance" target="_blank">Create a General Instance</a>.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Procedures</strong></span></p> <ol> <li>Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/rds/overview" target="_blank">RDS Console</a>.</li> <li>In the left navigation pane, click <strong>RDS-PostgreSQL</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for RDS-PostgreSQL</strong> page.</li> <li>Select the target region.</li> <li>In the <strong>Operation</strong> column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong>.
