Create an ECS

<p>For the purpose of security, currently Ping An Cloud does not support an RDS MySQL instance to be connected via the Internet. You need to connect to the RDS MySQL instance via an ECS of Ping An Cloud. This article describes how to create an ECS.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Usage Guidelines</strong></span></p> <p>The ECS is required to be created in the same region as the RDS MySQL instance.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Procedures</strong></span></p> <p>1.&nbsp; Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/ecs/overview" target="_blank">ECS Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance</strong> to enter the <strong>Instance Management</strong> page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;Select the region of RDS MySQL to create an ECS. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/compute/ecs/manual.Instance.Create_ECS_Instance" target="_blank">Create an ECS</a>.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Result</strong></span></p> <p>In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance</strong>.
