For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/RDS/Getting_Started.RDS_PostgreSQL.Create_ECS" target="_blank">Create an ECS</a>, and the instance is in the status of running.</li> <li>You have successfully opened a whitelist. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/RDS/Getting_Started.RDS_PostgreSQL.Create_Whitelist" target="_blank">Open a Whitelist</a>.</li> </ol> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Procedures</strong></span></p> <p>1.&nbsp; Log in to a Linux&nbsp;ECS instance.
