<p>This article describes how to enable a DDS instance whitelist.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>1. You have successfully created a general instance. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Start.Create_DDS" target="_blank">Create a DDS Instance</a>.</p> <p>2. You have successfully created an ECS. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Start.Create_ECS" target="_blank">Create ECS</a> .</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Usage Guidelines</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>For security purposes, DDS instance is not available for BMS in East China. BMS does not support the whitelist in East China.</li> <li>If you cannot access a database instance from a whitelisted ECS, please submit a <a href="http://srvbot.paic.com.cn/#/app/requestManagement/request-new/94f98214-f02b-41a0-80a1-0ab4511bf7f2" target="_blank">Srvbot</a> request to enable the firewall service for the instance access.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/mongodb/overview" target="_blank">DDS Management Console</a>.</p> <p>2. In the left navigation pane, click <strong>DDS Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for DDS</strong> page.</p> <p>3. Select the target region.</p> <p>4. In the <strong>Operation</strong>s column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong> to select <strong>White List</strong> in the <strong>Configuration Management </strong>tab.</p> <p>5. Select the Subnet IP of ECS, and click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <p>1.
