Delete Account

<p>This article describes how to delete unused account.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>You have successfully created an account. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Account.Create_Account" target="_blank">Create an Account</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Usage Guidelines</span></strong></p> <p>When you delete an account, you will delete its access permission to the authorized database.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/mongodb/overview" target="_blank">DDS Management Console</a>.</p> <p>2. In the left navigation pane, click <strong>DDS Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for DDS</strong> page.</p> <p>3. Select the target region.</p> <p>4. In the <strong>Operations</strong> column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong> to select <strong>Account Management</strong> tab.</p> <p>5. In the <strong>Operations</strong> column of the target account, click <strong>Delete</strong> to enter the <strong>Delete</strong> page.</p> <p>6. Click <strong>Confirm </strong>to enter the<strong> Verification Code</strong> page.</p> <p>7. The system will send a verification code to your bound mobile number. Enter the verification code, and click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>8. The <strong>Status</strong> of the target account is <strong>Deleting</strong>.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20202508092300-1610c4df9bbb.png" style="height:141px; width:830px" /></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <p>After the account is deleted successfully, there is no target account on <strong>Account Management </strong>page.</p>
