<p>This article describes how to reboot a DDS instance.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>You have successfully created an instance. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Instance_Management.Create_Instance.Create_Common_Instance" target="_blank">Create a General Instance</a> or <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Instance_Management.Create_Instance.Create_Slave_Instance" target="_blank">Create a Remote Disaster Recovery Instance</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Usage Guidelines</span></strong></p> <p>1. When a general instance is rebooted, the process causes intermittent disconnection. We recommend that you reboot the instance within the <strong>Time Segment</strong> you set to minimize the impact of business.</p> <p>2. When you reboot the general instance, readwrite operations are not available for the instance.</p> <p>3. Rebooting the general instance will reboot the remote disaster recovery instance accordingly. If you have successfully created a remote disaster recovery instance, you will reboot it accordingly.</p> <p>4. A remote disaster recovery instance can be rebooted independently.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/mongodb/overview" target="_blank">DDS Management Console</a>.</p> <p>2. In the left navigation pane, click <strong>DDS Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for DDS</strong> page.</p> <p>3. Select the target region.</p> <p>4. In the <strong>Operations</strong> column of the target instance, click <strong>Restart</strong> to enter the <strong>Confirm to Restart</strong> dialog box.</p> <p>5. Click <strong>Confirm </strong>to enter the<strong> Verification Code</strong> page.</p> <p>6. The system will send a verification code to your bound mobile number. Enter the verification code, and click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>7.
