<p>This article describes how to create a user in the console.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Overview</span></strong></p> <p>When a DDS instance is created, the system will not automatically create a user. You shall create a user in the DDS management console.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>1. You have successfully created a general instance. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Start.Create_DDS" target="_blank">Create a DDS Instance</a>.</p> <p>2. You have successfully created databases. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Start.Create_Database" target="_blank">Create Databases</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/mongodb/overview" target="_blank">DDS Management Console</a>.</p> <p>2. In the left navigation pane, click <strong>DDS Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for DDS</strong> page.</p> <p>3. Select the target region.</p> <p>4. In the <strong>Operations</strong> column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong> to select <strong>Account Management </strong>tab.</p> <p>5. In the upper-right corner, click <strong>Create Account</strong> to enter the <strong>Create Account</strong> page.</p> <p>6. Enter the <strong>Username</strong>, <strong>Authentication database</strong>, <strong>Password</strong>, <strong>Confirm Password</strong>, and <strong>Describe</strong>.
