<p>Ping An Cloud DDS provides automatic backup and manual backup to further improve high reliability of DDS database and prevent data losses or damages of database. You can restore and back up data according to backup sets and time point.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Automatic Backup</span></strong></p> <p>DDS will back up DDS instance data and logs based on your backup policy during backup period and duration. DDS service will restore data and log based on your backup retention time.</p> <p>By default, the system enables automatic backup function and the cycle is every day. Data and log retention period is one month. You can also disable automatic backup on the DDS management console manually.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Manual Backup</span></strong></p> <p>You can manually back up your data and logs on the DDS management console at any time. The system will not restore your manual backup until you perform delete operation or release database.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Restore Backup</span></strong></p> <p>Ping An Cloud DDS supports backup and restoration functions. You can restore backup data on the new temporary instance restoration based on backup sets and point in time for a maximum of seven days.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
