<p>This article describes how to delete a whitelist.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Overview</span></strong></p> <p>If you do not want ECS of a network segment to access to the DDS instance through MongoDB client, you can delete the whitelist to improve DDS access security.</p> <p>You can delete whitelist in the general instance and remote disaster recovery instance.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>You have successfully enabled a whitelist. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Security_Management.Create_Whitelist" target="_blank">Create a Whitelist</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/mongodb/overview" target="_blank">DDS Management Console</a>.</p> <p>2. In the left navigation pane, click <strong>DDS Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for DDS</strong> page.</p> <p>3. Select the target region.</p> <p>4. Click <strong>Manage</strong> in the <strong>Operations</strong> column of the target instance, and select <strong>White List</strong> tab of <strong>Configuration Management</strong>.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20202508093637-1f8a5cb89550.png" style="height:20px; margin:0px; width:80px" />: You can also select <strong>Information</strong> tab of <strong>Configuration Management</strong>, click <strong>Create Whitelist</strong> next to the <strong>Domain Name</strong> in <strong>Basic Info</strong> area, and skip to <strong>White List</strong> tab.</p> <p>5. Select the target whitelist in the <strong>Whitelist</strong> area, and in the <strong>Operations</strong> column click <strong>Release</strong> to enter the <strong>Verification Code</strong> page.</p> <p>6. The system will send a verification code to your bound mobile number. Enter the verification code, and click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>7.
