<p>This article describes how to set alarm rules.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Overview</span></strong></p> <p>You can customize monitoring instances through Argus service and set alarm rules. Therefore, you can monitor the running status of target instance in real time.</p> <p>Alarm rules can be set in general instances and remote disaster recovery instances.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>You have successfully created an instance. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Instance_Management.Create_Instance.Create_Common_Instance" target="_blank">Create a General Instance</a> or <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Instance_Management.Create_Instance.Create_Slave_Instance" target="_blank">Create a Remote Disaster Recovery Instance</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/argus" target="_blank">Argus Management Console</a>.</p> <p>2. Click <strong>Templates</strong> in the left navigation pane.</p> <p>3. Select <strong>Document Database Service</strong> in the drop-down list of <strong>Type</strong>.</p> <p>4. In the upper right corner, click <strong>Create</strong> to enter the <strong>Create Alarm Template</strong> page and create alarm rules. Select <strong>Edit</strong> in existing alarm template. Click <strong>Bind Instance</strong> in the <strong>Operations</strong> column of the target template, and bind alarm template to target monitoring instance.
