For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/Redis/Pricing.Billing" target="_blank">Refund Examples</a>.</li> <li>When a Redis instance is released, all data of the instance is deleted. Perform this task with caution.</li> </ol> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/redis/overview" target="_blank">Redis Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the left navigation pane, click<strong> Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis </strong>page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select the target region.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Operation</strong> column of the target instance, click <strong>Release</strong>.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201507150644-14695d919dbf.png" style="height:154px; width:830px" /></p> <p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Release Instance</strong> dialog box, click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Verification Code</strong> dialog box, enter the verification code that is sent to the phone bound to your account, and then click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <ol> <li>The status of the target instance is <strong>Deleting.</strong></li> <li>After the instance is successfully released, the target instance is removed from its region.</li> </ol>
