<p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Description</span></strong></p> <p>In the Argus console, the CPU usage on the Redis instance monitoring chart is higher than 90%.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Troubleshooting Map</span></strong></p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201507164717-163df22491fd.png" style="height:508px; width:400px" /><br /> <strong><span style="font-size:18px">Troubleshooting Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp; Log in to the Redis instance and execute the <code>SLOWLOG GET</code> command to verify that a slow operation has been performed:</p> <ul> <li>If yes, view and analyze the slow log.</li> <li>If not, proceed to the next step.</li> </ul> <p>2.&nbsp; &nbsp;Execute the <code>INFO CLIENTS</code> command to see whether too many connections exist:</p> <ul> <li>If yes, reduce the connections.</li> <li>If not, proceed to the next step.</li> </ul> <p>3.&nbsp; &nbsp;View the Redis instance monitoring chart in the Argus console, or execute the <code>INFO STATS</code> command on the Redis instance to see whether the OPS is greater than 100 k:</p> <ul> <li>If yes, it means too many visits to the Redis instance resulted in high CPU usage. You can reduce the visits to hotspot keys, or upgrade the capacity of the Redis instance.</li> <li>If not, proceed to the next step.</li> </ul> <p>4.&nbsp; &nbsp;Execute the <code>MONITOR</code> command to analyze operations on the Redis instance.</p>
