<p>This article describes how to view the Redis service status.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Overview</span></strong></p> <p>You can obtain the following information about the instance availability: the availability zone of the master and subordinate nodes, data availability, high availability type, and data synchronization method. The topology displays availability zone and status of the master and subordinate nodes, and data synchronization status between them.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>You have successfully created a Redis instance. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/Redis/User_Guide.Instance_Management.Create_Instance" target="_blank">Create an Instance</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <ol> <li>Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/redis/overview" target="_blank">Redis Console</a>.</li> <li>In the left navigation pane, click<strong> Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis</strong> page.</li> <li>Select the target region.</li> <li>In the <strong>Operation</strong> column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong>.</li> <li>On the page that opens, click the <strong>Service</strong> tab to view the information about the Redis service:</li> </ol> <ul> <li>The <strong>Instance Availability</strong> area displays the availability zone of the master and subordinate nodes, data availability, availability types, and data synchronization method.</li> <li>The <strong>Topology</strong> area displays the availability zone and status of the master and subordinate nodes, and data synchronization status.
