<p>This article describes how to manually renew an instance if you did not enable the auto renewal feature when creating the instance.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Overview</span></strong></p> <p>If you purchase a Redis instance by using the monthly subscription billing method without enabling automatic renewal, you can manually renew the instance.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Usage Guidelines</span></strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Make sure your account balance is sufficient.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Only the Redis instance that uses the monthly subscription billing method supports manual renewal.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/redis/overview" target="_blank">Redis Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis</strong> page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select the target region. Click &nbsp;in the <strong>Operation</strong> column of the target instance, and then select <strong>Renew</strong>.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Renew</strong> dialog box, drag the <strong>Purchasing Period</strong> slider to set the renewal duration.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201507104408-10b6953f9127.png" style="height:20px; margin:0px; width:80px" />: The value range for the purchase duration is 1 to 36 months. The order is in <strong>Finished</strong> status.</p> <p><strong>Method 2:</strong></p> <p>In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis</strong> page. Select the target region. Click <strong>Manage</strong> in the <strong>Operation</strong> column of the target cluster instance. On the <strong>Information</strong> tab, the expiration time in the <strong>Billing Method</strong> field has been extended based on the renewal duration.</p>
