You can perform operations after the connection is restored. You can downgrade the capacity within the maintenance period.</li> <li>For more information about billing after the capacity downgrade, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/Redis/Pricing.Billing" target="_blank">Billing</a>.</li> </ol> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/redis/overview" target="_blank">Redis Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the left navigation pane, click<strong> Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis</strong> page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select the target region.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Operation </strong>column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong>. To access this page, log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/argus" target="_blank">Argus Console</a>, select <strong>Service Monitoring</strong> &gt; <strong>Redis</strong> in the left navigation pane, and then select <strong>Cluster Monitor </strong>or<strong> Node Monitor </strong>in the <strong>Operations </strong>column of the target instance.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201507152912-141378339a89.png" style="height:229px; width:800px" /></p> <p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Memory Size</strong> area, click <strong>SETTINGS</strong>.</p> <p>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Memory Size</strong> dialog box, click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On the <strong>Order</strong> <strong>Confirmation</strong> page, click <strong>CONFIRM DEGRADE</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Method 1:</strong></p> <p>On the <strong>Payment Result</strong> page, click <strong>VIEW ORDER</strong> to enter the <strong>Order Management</strong> page. The order status is <strong>FINISHED</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Method 2:</strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the left navigation pane, click<strong> Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis </strong>page. Select the target region. In the <strong>Operation </strong>column of the target instance, click <strong>Manage</strong>. On the page that opens, click the <strong>Capacity </strong>tab.
