For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/Redis/User_Guide.Instance_Management.Create_Instance" target="_blank">Create an Instance</a>.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Usage Guidelines</span></strong></p> <p>This feature clears all the data of your instance. Once the data is cleared, it cannot be recovered. Perform this task with caution.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/redis/overview" target="_blank">Redis Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the left navigation pane, click<strong> Redis Cluster</strong> to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for Redis </strong>page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select the target region.</p> <p><strong>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong>In the <strong>Operation </strong>column of the target instance, click , and then select <strong>Empty Cluster Data</strong>.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201507145731-1025a37c9553.png" style="height:180px; width:336px" /></p> <p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Clear Database</strong> dialog box, click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <strong>Verification Code</strong> dialog box, enter the verification code that is sent to the phone bound to your account, and then click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The status of the target instance becomes <strong>Clearing.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <p>The status of the target instance changes to <strong>Running</strong>.</p>
