This article describes how to delete a whitelist entry.
Overview
To prevent an ECS on a subnet from accessing a Redis instance through a Redis client, you can delete this subnet from the whitelist.
Prerequisites
You have successfully created a whitelist entry. For more information, see Create a Whitelist Entry.
Procedures
1. Log in to the Redis Console.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Redis Cluster to enter the DBPaaS for Redis page.
3. Select the target region.
4. In the Operation column of the target instance, click Manage.
5. On the page that opens, click the White List tab.
6. In the Whitelist area, click Delete in the Operation column for the target whitelist entry.
7. In the Delete White List dialog box, click Confirm.
8. In the Verification Code dialog box, enter the verification code that is sent to the phone bound to your account, and then click Confirm.
Result
1. The status of the target Subnet IP is Deleting.
2. The target subnet IP has been removed from the whitelist.
