Monitor EBS Disk Resources Through Argus
<p class="shortdesc">You can monitor EBS disk resources usage through Argus. </p>

<p class="p">Argus is a monitoring service provided by Ping An Cloud. After users purchase the ECS, the system will automatically install the Agent of Argus. Users can flexibly configure alarm templates based on business demand and adopt different alarm policies for different monitoring items. For more information about detailed guide to Argus, see <a class="xref" href="https://yun.pingan.com/ssr/help/manage/argus/index" target="_blank">Argus</a>. </p>
<p class="p">Through Argus, performance and indicator parameters of ECS, such as CPU, memory, disk, network traffic, can be collected automatically so that you can know about the ECS operation and resources usage in time. </p>

<span class="ph cmd">Log in to the <a class="xref" href="https://pinganyun.com/console/argus" target="_blank">Argus Console</a>.</span>

<span class="ph cmd">In the left navigation pane, click <span class="ph menucascade"><span class="ph uicontrol">Service Monitoring</span><abbr title="and then"> > </abbr><span class="ph uicontrol">Elastic Compute Service</span></span>. </span>

<span class="ph cmd">On the <span class="ph uicontrol">Elastic Compute Service</span> page, find the ECS instance to be monitored, and then click <span class="ph uicontrol">Monitor Detail</span>. </span>

<span class="ph cmd">On the <span class="keyword wintitle">Monitor Detail</span> page, you can see the monitoring of various indicators of the ECS instance, such as the CPU, memory, network, disk reading and writing, and disk usage. If you want to monitor the EBS disk usage this time, you can focus on the <span class="ph uicontrol">Disk IO Monitor Chart</span> and <span class="ph uicontrol">Disk Used Monitor Chart</span>. </span>
