Release a Classic ELB Instance

<p>This article describes how to release a classic ELB instance.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;You will not continue to use the created classic ELB instance.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Before you release a classic ELB instance, delete the dependent resources of the instance, including the listener and server resource pool.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to the <a href="https://pinganyun.com/console/loadBalance/overview" target="_blank">ELB Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;In the left navigation pane, click <strong>Instance Management (Classic)</strong> to enter the <strong>Instance Management</strong> <strong>(Classic)</strong> page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;Select the target region to view the existing ELB instance of that region.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;Click <strong>Release</strong> in the <strong>Operation</strong> column of the target instance, then the <strong>Release</strong> dialog box opens to ask <strong>Are you sure you want to release the following instance</strong>.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20210206105849-16df84d5940f.png" style="height:185px; width:830px" /></p> <p>5.&nbsp;Click <strong>Confirm</strong>, the dialog box for <strong>Verification Code</strong> will open, and you will receive a verification code on your phone.</p> <p>6.&nbsp;Enter the verification code and click <strong>Confirm</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <p>Select the target region on the <strong>Instance Management (Classic)</strong> page to view that the newly deleted instance no longer exists on the page.</p>
