<p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Rules for Out of Service and Release Due to Expiration/Arrears</strong></span></p> <p>After arrears, the ELB instance will stop serving. Seven days after from the due date, the ELB instance will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. The detailed rules are as follows:</p> <p>&bull; The system will send message to remind users that resource is going to expire one day, three days and seven days before the expiration of the subscription instance.</p> <p>&bull; The system will send message to alarm users that the instance is to be shut down on the first day after the expiration.</p> <p>&bull; The system will automatically shut down the instance on the second day after the expiration. The instance cannot be manually started if users do not renew it.</p> <p>&bull; The system will send alarm message of releasing to users on the third and seventh day after the expiration.</p> <p>&bull; The system will automatically release instance on the eighth day after expiration. The released instance cannot be recovered.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Billing Rules after Expiration/Arrears</span></strong></p> <p>&bull; Billing rules after subscription instance expires: The instance can be used and deducted during grace period, and the account will be deducted based on daily basis. Usage less than a day will be billed as one day. After out of service, the ELB instance will stop charging.</p> <p>&bull; Billing rules after arrears of pay-as-you-go instance: The instance can be used and deducted during grace period, and the account will be deducted based on volume. After out of service, the ELB instance will stop charging.</p>
