Bind an Instance to a Security Group

<p><strong>Prerequisites</strong></p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You have created a security group.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You have created an ECS instance in the network domain where the security group resides.</p> <p><strong>Procedure</strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Log in to the <a href="https://www.pinganyun.com/console/ecs/overview" target="_blank">ECS Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select the <strong>Network &gt; Security Group</strong> in the left navigation tree to enter the <strong>Security Group</strong> page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Select the region of the security group.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Click the name of the target security group to enter the <strong>Security Group Information</strong> page.</p> <p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Click <strong>Create</strong> in the upper-right corner of the <strong>Instance</strong> tab.</p> <p>6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the<strong> Binding Instance</strong> dialog box, select ECS instances to be bound to the security group,</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20212704174448-16d2cf34981a.png" style="height:475px; width:830px" /></p> <p>7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> <p>Message <strong>Operation succeeded</strong> is displayed at the bottom of the page, indicating that the instance has been bound to the security group.</p>
