Create a public network elb instance
Configuring an ELB in an auto scaling group is beneficial to extending the application’s service capabilities and enhancing application availability. This article describes how to create an ELB instance.
Prerequisite
You have created a VPC, network domain and sub-net, please refer to the VPC Operation Guide.
Procedure
1. Log in to the ELB Console.
2. Click Instance Management on the left navigation bar and enter the Instance Management page.
3. Click Create at the upper right corner of the page and enter the Create ELB Instance page.
4. Create an ELB instance based on the following information.

Bandwidth |
If you choose to charge by bandwidth, you need to select the purchased network bandwidth. The bandwidth can be selected from 1-500 Mbps. You can adjust it again after creation. |
VPC |
Choose which VPC to create an ELB instance. |
Description |
Customize the description of the instance. |
IP Attribute

If you have not filed an IP, you also need to choose a domain name.。 |
Purchase Options

For the prepaid instance, you can choose to enable the automatic renewal function with 1 month renewal period by default. |
Purchase Quantity |
The number of ELB instances purchased, currently only one ELB instance can be purchased at one time. |
5. Click CONFIRM and enter the Order Confirmation page.
6. After confirming the order information, click Confirm to open and enter the Payment Result page.
Result
Method one:
1. On the Payment Result page, click View Order to go to the Product Order page.
2. Click the Order Number of the newly created ELB instance to view the details of the order.
Method Two:
On the Payment Result page, click the Management Console, then click the Instance Management on the left navigation bar, select the target region on the Instance Management page to view the instance just created.
