Build Secondary Database for DDS

Build secondary database for DDS of Ping An Cloud.

Prerequisite

1. The user owns and enables DDS database instances of Ping An Cloud.

2. The user’s account is in a non-arrears state.

Procedure

1. Log in to the DDS Console.

2. Click DDS Cluster in the left navigation bar.

3. On DBPaaS for DDS page, find the target database instance and click Manage button in the operations column.

4. On Configuration Management > Information tab, click +Create Remote Instance.

5. On Create Remote Instance page, select regions and Availability Zone.

6. Click Confirm Order after finish creating.

7. Entering Order Confirmation page, click CONFIRM OPEN.

Result

The secondary database of the corresponding database will begin to be created. The building of secondary database will complete after the creation.
