Account preparation: you have successfully completed Registration for Ping An Cloud Account and performed real-name authentication.</p> <p>2. Instances preparation: you have created and enabled RDS-PostgreSQL, RDS-MySQL or DDS, Redis and other database instances.</p> <p>3. Payment Preparation: you should ensure that the account has sufficient balance or vouchers to be properly charged for the volume of backup data.</p> <p><strong>Instructions</strong></p> <p>Please go to the DBRS product console in time to purchase the database in the &quot;unprotected&quot; state. Otherwise, when the database backup is in the &quot;unprotected&quot; state for more than 15 days, the system will suspend the database backup recovery service, and the backup data will be retained during the 16th to 21st day after DBRS is out of service, during which the retained data will be counted and billed. On the 21st day of the &quot;unprotected&quot; status, the backup data will be released. After the release, the backup data will not be restored and the system will stop charging.
