You can use Argus to view the performance indicator, monitoring view, and alarm record of your servers, disks, databases, and other resources in real time. You can also customize the configuration and alarm information of vital resources and control resource usage in real time to ensure stable operation.</p> </section> <section class="section" id="basicfaq__section_ctk_ghp_1kb"><h2 class="doc-tairway">What is an alarm template?</h2> <p class="p">An alarm template contains the alarm rules and contact group information set for a type of monitoring objects. You can configure one or multiple alarm templates for relevant services base on your business demands.</p> </section> <section class="section" id="basicfaq__section_tcb_3hp_1kb"><h2 class="doc-tairway">What is a monitoring item?</h2> <p class="p">A monitoring item refers to a monitoring indicator for collection set by the user or by default, such as CPU usage, memory usage and disk load.</p> </section> <section class="section" id="basicfaq__section_lhx_jhp_1kb"><h2 class="doc-tairway">What is a tag and what is its function?</h2> <p class="p">A tag offers additional information for a monitoring item (metric). You can view the metric’s data change trend of multiple instances in the same graph. For example, if an application has deployed multiple ECS instances, you need to monitor their CPU usage rate.
