<p><strong>Can I request a refund after I purchase a CDN flow package?</strong></p> <p>No. The CND flow package will be immediately sent to your account upon purchase. Therefore, it is non-refundable.</p> <p><strong>What is monthly 95 peak bandwidth billing?</strong></p> <p>Monthly 95 peak bandwidth billing is based on contract price and highest bandwidth value.</p> <p>Monthly 95 peak bandwidth billing is based on each calendar month. During each calendar month, effective bandwidth values collected every five minutes are sorted in descending order. Then, the top 5% of these values are discarded. The highest one of the remaining values is considered as the monthly 95 peak bandwidth value and is billed by contract price.</p> <p><strong>Note: </strong>we do not support monthly 95 peak bandwidth billing for now but it will be available soon.</p> <p><strong>Does CDN support billing method based on the number of requests?</strong></p> <p>The CDN flow package does not support the billing method based on the number of requests.</p> <p><strong>Will it consume traffic or charge fees when CDN is disabled (or disactivated)?</strong></p> <p>When CDN is disabled, if the domain is still configured as CNAME, a 404 error will be returned after the request is resolved to the node, which will consume slight traffic and charge fees. Therefore, we recommend you to change the resolution back-to-source before suspending the service.</p> <p><strong>What happens if I fail to pay CDN on time?</strong></p> <p>When your account falls into arrears, Ping An Cloud will notify you of this via SMS, email and other means. A 24-hour grace period will be provided, and if you fail to top up your account within 24 hours, your CDN acceleration service will be suspended. However, off line contract will not be influenced.</p>
