Step 2:Add Domain Name

<p>CDN can cache resources on the source station to the acceleration node of the CDN, thereby accelerating resource access. If you want to use the CDN service to speed up the business on a given website, you need to set the website as the source station and create an accelerated domain name for it.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <p>The domain name accessed by the CDN for acceleration needs to be need to be registered with Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the People&rsquo;s Republic of China, and the business content of the source station must comply with laws. Otherwise, your domain name cannot be accessed to CDN.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">Procedure</span></strong></p> <p>1. Log in to the <a href="https://www.pinganyun.com/console/cdn/overview" target="_blank">CDN Console</a>.</p> <p>2. Click <strong>Domain Management</strong> on the left navigation bar to enter the <strong>Domain Management</strong> page.</p> <p>3. Click <strong>Add Domain Name</strong> at the upper right corner of the page.</p> <p>4. The domain name has not been connected to Ping An Cloud CDN before.</p> <p>&bull; The domain name must be registered with MIIT.</p> <p>&bull; The content must be legal and complies with CDN business requirements.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:175px"> <p><strong>Business Type</strong></p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top; width:606px"> <p>Select the business type in accordance with your requirements. Currently, the following business types are available for selection:</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Image and small file acceleration:</strong> applicable to static resources acceleration, including e-commerce, websites, and game pictures.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Large file download acceleration:</strong> applicable to game installation packages, audio and video original file downloads, mobile phone firmware distribution and other scenarios.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>On-demand video and audio acceleration:</strong> applicable to scenes such as on-demand video and audio acceleration.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:175px"> <p><strong>Back-to-Source Type</strong></p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top; width:606px"> <p>Select the back-to-source type. The available source types are as follows:</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>IP: </strong>If you select IP as the back-to-source type, then CDN nodes will directly access that IP when carrying out the back-to-source process. If you have set multiple IPs as the source station, then CDN nodes will employ polling policy to carry out the back-to-source process, with one IP selected each time. Please enter one or multiple Internet IP addresses, and you can enter at most 20 IP addresses.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Domain Name:</strong> <strong>&nbsp;</strong>If you select domain name as the back-to-source type, please enter the domain name. Only a single domain name is supported, and the back-to-source domain name cannot be the same as the accelerated one.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Ping An Cloud Storage:</strong> If you select Ping An Cloud storage as the back-to-source type, then you need to select OBS on Ping An Cloud website. If you have not created an OBS, you need to create it before using. For more details, see <a href="https://fincloud.pinganyun.com/ssr/help/storage/obs/intro.whatisobs" target="_blank">OBS Product Documentation</a>.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:175px"> <p><strong>Source Station Port</strong></p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top; width:606px"> <p>Initially, only HTTP port 80 is supported. After certificate configuration, HTTPS port 443 is supported.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>5. Click <strong>Submit, </strong>and the notice of <strong>Operation succeeded</strong> will pop up at the bottom of the page.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">Result</span></strong></p> <p>Return to the <strong>Domain Management</strong> page to view the newly added accelerated domain name displayed in the list, and the current status is <strong>Checking</strong>. The system will review the accelerated domain name, after which the status of the domain name is displayed as <strong>Running</strong>, indicating that the acceleration is added successfully.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20210206144210-1af15e9d9e87.png" style="height:183px; width:830px" /></p> <p><strong>Note: </strong>After the domain name is added successfully, Ping An Cloud CDN will assign you a CNAME address. CDN will come into effect after you complete CNAME configuration.&nbsp;</p>
