Create a DDS Instance

<p>You can create instances for different databases. This chapter describes how to create a DDS instance.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Prerequisites</span></strong></p> <ol> <li>You have successfully registered a Ping An Cloud account.</li> <li>Your identity has been verified by Ping An Cloud.</li> <li>Your account balance is sufficient.</li> </ol> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Procedures</span></strong></p> <ol> <li>Log in to the <a href="http://pinganyun.com/console/mongodb/overview" target="_blank">DDS Console</a>.</li> <li>In the left navigation pane, click <strong>DDS Cluster </strong>to enter the <strong>DBPaaS for</strong><strong> DDS</strong> page.</li> <li>In the upper-right corner of the page, click <strong>Create</strong> to enter the <strong>Create Replica Set </strong>page.</li> <li>Configure the instance parameters, including region, database version, compute specifications, storage specifications, purchasing period, and quantity. For more information, see <a href="http://pinganyun.com/ssr/help/database/mongodb/Manual.Instance_Management.Create_Instance.Create_Common_Instance" target="_blank">Create a Common Instance</a>.</li> <li>Click <strong>Confirm Order </strong>to enter the <strong>Order Confirmation</strong> page.</li> <li>Click <strong>CONFIRM OPEN</strong>.</li> </ol> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Result</span></strong></p> <p>On the <strong>DBPaaS for DDS</strong> page, the new DDS instance created in the target region is displayed in <strong>Running</strong> state.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20202806175343-123cd6809bd7.png" style="height:169px; width:830px" /></p>
