<li class="li">Log in to the <a class="xref" href="/console/logcloud/indexed/list" target="_blank">Log Service Console</a>.</li>
<li class="li">In the left navigation pane, click <strong class="ph b">Log</strong>
<strong class="ph b">Search.</strong></li>
<li class="li">On the <strong class="ph b">Log Search</strong> page, remove the keyword in the query field, and then click
the query icon. Verify that logs are displayed in the query result.<ul class="ul" id="Search_Log__ul_mrw_pfm_wnb">
<li class="li">If there is a log, it indicates that no log matches the keyword or the query
syntax is wrong. Use a correct query syntax or keyword.</li>
<li class="li">If there is no log, go to step 4.</li>

<li class="li">On the <strong class="ph b">Log Search</strong> page, expand the time range to verify that logs are
displayed in the query result.<ul class="ul" id="Search_Log__ul_rsw_qfm_wnb">
<li class="li">If there is a log, it indicates that there is no incremental log within the
original time range.</li>
<li class="li">If there is no log, go to step 5.</li>

<li class="li">In the left navigation pane, click <strong class="ph b">Project Management</strong>.On the <strong class="ph b">Project
Management</strong> page, select the target region, and then click the target project
name. On the <strong class="ph b">AGENT CONFIG</strong> tab, click the target collection policy name to
verify that the log path is correct.<ul class="ul" id="Search_Log__ul_lfd_sfm_wnb">
<li class="li">If the log path is incorrect, enter the correct log path. </li>
<li class="li">If the log path is correct, go to step 6.</li>
</ul></li>
<li class="li">Log in to the ECS whose logs are to be collected to verify that there are
incremental logs in the log path.<ul class="ul" id="Search_Log__ul_q2t_tfm_wnb">
<li class="li">If there is no incremental log, make sure the incremental logs are
generated.</li>
<li class="li">If there are incremental logs, collect the following information and submit
a <a class="xref" href="https://yun.pingan.com.cn/console/ticket/ticketCreate" target="_blank">Ticket</a> to contact Ping An Cloud
engineers for help.<ol class="ol" type="a" id="Search_Log__ol_r2t_tfm_wnb">
