Query Consumer Status

<p class="p">Consumer status displays informations such as whether online, whether subscription relationship is consistent, accumulation total count, and the connect status. When the message consumption is abnormal, preliminary investigation can be carried out on consumer status, such as the online status and subscription relationship. </p>

<span class="ph cmd">Log in to the <a class="xref" href="https://pinganyun.com/console/mq/topic/list" target="_blank">MQ Console</a>.</span>

<span class="ph cmd">In the left navigation pane, click <span class="ph menucascade"><span class="ph uicontrol">Publish/Subscribe</span><abbr title="and then"> > </abbr><span class="ph uicontrol">Subscribe Manage</span></span>.</span>

<span class="ph cmd">On the <span class="keyword wintitle">Subscribe Management</span> page, select the target region.</span>

<span class="ph cmd">Click <span class="ph uicontrol">Consumer Status</span> in the <span class="ph uicontrol">Operation</span> column of the target consumer.</span>

<span class="ph cmd">On the <span class="keyword wintitle">Consumer Status</span> page, you can check the status, and the connect status when consumers are online.</span>

<li class="li"><span class="ph uicontrol">Whether Online</span>: On the <span class="ph uicontrol">CONNECT STATUS</span> tab, the consumer client information will be displayed if a consumer is online.</li>
<li class="li"><span class="ph uicontrol">Whether Subscription relationship is consistent</span>: It displays whether the subscription relationship is consistent.</li>
<li class="li"><span class="ph uicontrol">Consumer pattern</span>: It refers to the pattern of consumption, including cluster consumption and broadcast consumption.</li>
<li class="li"><span class="ph uicontrol">Consumer TPS</span>: TPS refers to the average quantity of messages transmitted per second.</li>
<li class="li"><span class="ph uicontrol">Accumulation TotalCount</span>: It refers to the quantity of unconsumed messages.</li>

<li class="li"><strong class="ph b">CONNECT STATUS</strong><p class="p">It displays the instance information of online client, including <span class="ph uicontrol">Client IP</span>, <span class="ph uicontrol">ProcessID</span>, <span class="ph uicontrol">Accumulation TotalCount</span>, <span class="ph uicontrol">Language</span>, <span class="ph uicontrol">Detail Desc</span>, and <span class="ph uicontrol">HeapStack Info</span>.</p></li>
