Purchase Process

Prerequisites

• You have successfully registered your Ping An Cloud account.

• Your identity has been verified by Ping An Cloud.

• Your account balance is sufficient.

•  Make sure you have created the VPC, and create the DMZ network domain and subnet under the VPC. For more information about creating a VPC, network domain, and subnet, see Operation Guide of VPC.

Procedures

1. Go to the official website of Ping An Cloud.

2. Point to Products in the top menu bar.

3. Click Cloud Essential Products > Network&CDN > VPN Gateway.

4. On the VPN Gateway page, click Purchase Now.

5. Enter and verify the account name and password.

6. Click Confirm.

7. After successfully logging in, enter the Create VPN Gateway page of the VPN Gateway Console.

8. Create a VPN gateway as described in the following table:

Configuration item

Description

Charge Mode

Currently, only the prepayment mode is supported.

Region

Select the region for the VPN gateway.

VPC

Select the VPC for the VPN gateway.

ISP

Currently only BGP can be selected.

Bandwidth

Select a bandwidth. Options are 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 50 Mbps, and 100 Mbps. The price of the VPN gateway varies by bandwidth.

Description

Customize description of the VPN gateway.
Purchase Duration

Select the purchase duration.
Auto Renewal

Select whether to enable automatic renewal.

9. Click Purchase to enter the Order Confirmation page.

10. Click CONFIRM OPEN to complete the payment.  

Result

Method 1:

1. On the Payment Result page, click VIEW ORDER to enter the Order Management page.

2. Click Order Number of the newly created VPN gateway to view details of the order.

Method 2:

On the Payment Result page, click Console to enter the VPN Gateway page. Select the target region to view the VPN gateway created.
