Ping An Voiceprint Solution has built a telephone anti-fraud platform for Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, which marks and warns of suspected fraud phone numbers and quickly reports the suspect information of confirmed fraud cases to facilitate solving cases. Citizens can upload any fraud/suspected fraud call recording through the client, after which the online platform will compare the audio with the fraudster voiceprint database. If the audio is recognized as a fraudster’s voice, it will be reported to the police and the matched recording will be fed back to the Anti-fraud Center. If the audio is recognized as a suspected fraud, the audio will be collected to the suspected fraud database and mark the phone number as high risk.
