Create an Ethernet Connection Service (ECS)

<p>This article describes how to create an Ethernet Connection Service (ECS).</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Overview</strong></span></p> <p>Ethernet Connection Service (ECS) allocates an Internet IP to a cloud host instance and configures security policies for the IP address on the IGW. It realizes interconnection between the cloud host and the Internet.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Prerequisites</strong></span></p> <p>You have created an IGW.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Limitations</strong></span></p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ECS Internet IP can only be bound to the cloud host instance in DMZ network domain under VPC.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The maximum bandwidth of the Internet IP of ECS is 20 Mbps.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Procedures</strong></span></p> <p>1.&nbsp;Log in to <a href="https://yun.pingan.com/console/igw/overview" target="_blank">IGW Console</a>.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;In the left navigation pane, click <strong>IGW</strong> to enter the <strong>IGW </strong>page.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;Click <strong>Name</strong> of the target IGW to enter the <strong>IGW Information</strong> page.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;Click the <strong>ECS IP ADDRESS </strong>tab.</p> <p>5.&nbsp;Click <strong>Create</strong> in the upper-right corner of the tab to enter the <strong>Create ECS IP Address</strong> page.</p> <p>6.&nbsp;Create the ECS Internet IP Address based on the following information.</p> <p><img src="https://obs-cn-shanghai.yun.pingan.com/pcp-portal/20201607190405-119518449ad7.png" style="height:447px; width:830px" /></p> <table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width:0px"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="2" style="background-color:#ededed; vertical-align:top; width:271px"> <p><strong>Configuration Item</strong></p> </td> <td style="background-color:#ededed; vertical-align:top; width:510px"> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td rowspan="3" style="vertical-align:top; width:141px"> <p><strong>Basic Information</strong></p> </td> <td style="width:128px"> <p><strong>ISP</strong></p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top; width:510px"> <p>Select the Internet service provider. In the dialog box of <strong>Add Instance</strong> that opens, the cloud host instances in DMZ network domain under VPC of IGW are displayed.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;Check the cloud host instance that needs to be bound to the Internet, and click <strong>Confirm</strong>.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="vertical-align:top; width:141px"> <p><strong>Purchase Options</strong></p> </td> <td style="width:128px"> <p><strong>Billing Method</strong></p> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top; width:510px"> <p>By hour</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>7.&nbsp;Click <strong>PURCHASE</strong> to enter the <strong>Order Confirmation</strong> page.</p> <p>8.&nbsp;Click <strong>CONFIRM OPEN</strong> to enter the <strong>Payment Result</strong> page.</p> <p><span style="font-size:18px"><strong>Result</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Method 1:</strong></p> <p>1.&nbsp;On the <strong>Payment Result</strong> page, click <strong>VIEW ORDER</strong> to enter the<strong> Order</strong> <strong>Management</strong> page.</p> <p>2.&nbsp;Click <strong>Order ID</strong> of the newly created IGW to view details of the order.</p> <p><strong>Method 2:</strong></p> <p>On the <strong>ECS IP ADDRESS</strong> tab, you can view the ECS created.</p>
